Get ready for a fun-filled day! Thursday, October 31st, is Dress Up Day! Please remember that costumes should be school-friendly—no scary costumes or weapons are allowed. Also, please note there will be no early dismissal. We look forward to a festive and safe celebration!

MCDONALD'S SPIRIT NIGHT RECAP

Thank you to everyone who came out for McDonald's Spirit Night! A huge shoutout to the Valluzzo family for helping us organize such a fantastic and fun event. Because of your support, Crestline has received $2,200 to benefit our school. We’re so grateful for this community!

VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION

The CES Veterans Day Program is a cherished and meaningful event for our Crestline community. On Thursday, November 7, fifth-grade students will lead a musical tribute to honor the veterans at 8:30 AM. This will be a wonderful opportunity for our students to demonstrate appreciation for the service of America’s veterans.

There will also be a light breakfast prior to the program. If you registered a veteran, he or she will receive an invitation in the mail, and more detailed information will be provided to families who sponsored veterans! Please inform all guests to enter via the ramp by the pickleball courts. The parking lot adjacent to the courts is reserved exclusively for veterans.

BOOK FAIR

Save the date! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Crestline Elementary from November 18 to 22! The book fair takes place in the auditorium, and each class at CES will be assigned a time to shop. Parents are invited and welcome to attend with their child during their scheduled time; however, attendance is not required. Be on the lookout for more information about the Book Fair in the coming weeks!

GRAND CIRCLE LUNCHEON

Please note this is an invitation only event.

Thank you to our amazing Grand Circle members for their generous gifts to Crestline! We are excited to welcome members of the Grand Circle to a special luncheon on Friday, November 22nd, at 10:45 AM. This event is by INVITATION ONLY, and a paperless post was sent last week. Invitees will have lunch with their grandchildren in Cougar Arena and be able to shop at our book fair!

LOST AND FOUND

The Lost and Found has a new, convenient location! You can now find it outside the auditorium, beside the windows facing the playground. Unfortunately, most items do not have names, so Sabrina Carpenter is begging you to “Please Please Please” label your stuff!Here are some helpful labeling supplies:

Please have your child check the Lost and Found for their missing items. All unclaimed items will be donated on Tuesday, November 26th!

THE PIG RUN 5K

Time to lace up those running shoes! Join the MBPD for a 5K run and a 1 mile fun run starting at Crestline Elementary School this Saturday, November 2nd! Dogs are welcome. The route is through the Crestline Village and back to the school.

SPARTAN BASEBALL CAMP

DANCE WITH THE DORIANS

Come dance with the MBHS Dorians at Spartan Arena and learn dances and sidelines in your Dorians t-shirt!

Sunday, November 3, 2024. Sign-in will begin at 12:30pm, and the clinic will last from 1-4pm.

This clinic is open to all girls Kindergarten and up. Participants will learn a dance choreographed by the Dorians and perform the dance for parents and guests in Spartan Arena at 3:30 pm on the day of the clinic. They are also invited to march with the Dorians in the Mountain Brook Holiday Parade, tentatively set for Sunday, December 8, 2024.
