Cougar Contributors

THANK YOU to the generous families and businesses listed below that have already joined Cougar Contributors this year! Their tax-deductible gifts will enrich the education of every student at Crestline.  As a Cougar Contributor, your donation helps make Crestline Elementary the special and academically rigorous school that it is.

Last year, the PTO used funds from Cougar Contributors to provide:

  • New lockers for the Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade halls

  • $400 for each homeroom teacher for additional classroom supplies

  • Funds for school-wide events like Fall Festival, the Veteran's Day program and Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week

  • New furniture for the front office, Counselors’ room and Spanish classroom

  • STEM resources and technology accessories for our classrooms

  • Professional development for teachers and administrators

NEW THIS YEAR!  If you become a Cougar Contributor at the Bronze Level or above, you will receive a Crestline car magnet to show your support for our school.THERE IS STILL TIME TO JOIN!  All donations must be received by September 30th and, for our Gold donors and higher, by September 15th to be included for Pumpkin Run registration and t-shirts.

McDonald's Spirit Night

Let's Celebrate Crestline Elementary School & National Cheeseburger Day! Join us for McTeacher's Night on Wednesday, September 18th, at McDonald's on Montclair Road from 4:30 to 7:30 PM!

A percentage of sales during this time will be donated back to Crestline! Bring the entire family for dinner, and order an extra side of fries (or two)!

Save the Date!

Please save the date for our next PTO General Meeting, Crestline State of Mind:101, on Wednesday, October 2, at 11:00 AM.

Join us to hear from our district technology coordinators about all of the different apps we use as a school system!

Grand Circle

We encourage grandparents and other special relatives to join the Crestline Grand Circle by visiting www.crestlinecougarspto.com/grandcircle.

  • Grand Circle donors are invited to a fun event with their grandchildren in November!

  • 100% of your tax-deductible donation goes directly to Crestline Elementary for all of the “extras” not covered by tax dollars that make our school so special!

  • Benefits include reserved seats and parking for school performances, yearbook ads, and recognition on our website and social media.

  • The deadline to give is September 30, 2024.

Volunteer with our PTO

One of the best ways to get involved at Crestline Elementary is through volunteering with the PTO. All of our parents have amazing gifts, and there are volunteer opportunities for everyone and every schedule.

Please consider sharing your time and talents with the PTO during the 2024-25 school year.

The Willingness to Serve survey closes 9/20/24.

Membership Toolkit

Membership Toolkit is the website and application we use for PTO parent communication and our online school directory.  Download the Membership Toolkit app today or click here and familiarize yourself with all of its capabilities!

  • Our school directory is completely online. If you are a Cougar Contributor or a PTO member, you have access to our directory.
  • Confirm your directory information and add your child's teacher by going to www.crestlinecougarspto.com, logging in and clicking on the "My Account” section to complete parent and student information.
  • Please make your updates, including selecting your teacher. Your name is not searchable in the online directory until you do so!
  • Turn on your notifications so you will be up to date with everything related to PTO!

If you have any questions, contact Virginia Eady (virginia.b.eady@gmail.com)
